Second/should, can the alt attributes on Next and Prev in the navigation include the title of the next and previous (and up) page?

I didn't mean to say that. Do you know of a browser that does use this info? Other than text browsers?
In any case I've added the meta info to prev, up and next buttons (in cvs).
