Another little problem: try going to some of the pages generated from HTML files (What is mod_perl for example), and clicking on SRC. You end up with the same page.
I'm not familiar enough with DocSet yet to fix this, but I suppose it can be fixed by copying the Source file to $name.src.html, and linking to that accordingly.
