I just ran make.pl in the src/search directory.
That creates a couple of files. make.pl must be run before Docset builds
any pages because every page depends on the search_options file that
make.pl creates. make.pl also creates checkboxes.storable, which is then
copied to dst_html/search, and that is read by swish.cgi to get the data
structure for the nested (indented) checkboxes.
Still need to figure out why Opera isn't using any style sheets....
That explains why it suddenly worked :) Like I said, it works great for me
now.
