Since we must be able to link to /docs/1.0/ and /docs/2.0/ I've made
these two separate docsets, so the main /docs/ now doesn't have the
direct links. it should probably be ok, though you do have to click one
more time to get to the guts. We will see. now in the docs you can use
read L<mod_perl 2.0 docs|docs::2.0::index> in the pods and in html link
directly to /docs/2.0/index.html.
