I recently found some great information on the Apple developer site that pointed out that fonts render best across platforms and browsers if their sizes are set in pixels rather than points. It makes sense, when you think about it. I've just applied this principle to the new Bricolage home page. Check there, and if the fonts look crappy to anyone, let me know.
