I just committed the history file I have written up to now. I have tried to summarize to my best ability 1.0 development, but haven't been able to work on 2.0 yet, and there are still some things missing in 1.0 "related events". As I don't have all the time I would like to have to work on this, I committed the unfinished file, and will let you all have a look at it and send in additions and fixes.
