more 1.9 - > 2.0 naming changes

I grepped all of the 1.9 references, and replaced them with 2.0 if needed (some spoke of 'exact' versions and 'to-be', so i left them in context.

someone w/better knowledge should review these changes in context. i'm pretty sure i got them all right, but i don't want to confuse anyone.
