Agenda:
* First, word of thanks to Kelly Nishimura, who is moving on. Has been
influential in helping make OSOL what it is today. Best of luck to Kelly in
future endeavors.
* AI Review
o Alan needs to follow up with Betsy Bruce in training to get
update on how training material is going to be disseminated to Sun internal
services/support.
* Use case project sponsorship
o Docs community has voted to sponsor the new Use Case project. For
project description, see this site:
http://wiki.genunix.org/wiki/index.php/use_case_project_proposal
o Mail list is being set up and after xwiki migration, there will be
project pages under opensolaris.org site.
o Lots of ways for doc community to participate. Help define use case
structure and format. Prompt community for use cases. Look for ways to leverage
project for testing and validation. Exciting possibilities to interact with
user community.
* xwiki migration update
o Website team expecting the new authentication requirements from OGB
discussion to delay completion of the migration (past 9/14), but no new target
date yet.
o Also, looks like website team is looking at ways to provide more
robust URL redirects to address community concerns.
* Planning activities
o Writers I-team - lots of things to discuss as we move forward. Will
schedule for meeting soon.
o 2010.02 inputs - looking for writer inputs to let us know what
you're working on.
