The documentation community is the primary sponsor of the DTrace Guide project. 
From reviewing the initial project inception thread, I see this project was 
started with the intent to port content from the Dtrace wiki to an XML 
document. The last update to the project was in April of 2008. 

Jon Haslam, one of the project leaders, informed me that the DTrace docs wiki 
is where all the updates are made and it's the primary source of information. 
There appears to have been continued activity in updating the source wiki doc. 

Based on this, I propose this project be deactivated. (Note, deactivation 
essentially disables new activity on the project and archives it. If deemed 
appropriate at a later time, the project can be reactivated. See the Life Cycle 
link below for more info.)  Let me know if any comments, questions, dissenting 
opinion.
