Agenda: * Process discussion - updates to release wiki - Alan noted that a couple of issues have already come up requiring some change to the release wiki: 1) a wording/clarification issue actaully led to the removal of a page and 2) a procedure completely relevant to 2009.06 became available after the release of the wiki. - Although updates to the release wiki should be infrequent and not involve trivial updates, should establish process and communication channel for such changes. - Alan posed that the main people affected are 1) G11n, 2) Alan, 3) the writer(s) involved. - For now, will go with a lightweight email notification between Alan, G11n, and the relevant writers. Alan will set up an email alias with relevant parties. - Alta mentioned that can also set yourself up to watch the space for changes. * G11n status / issues - Young reported that most of the 2009.06 are completed or near completion. G11n worked with Steve Cogorno who modified the tools. Young said she thinks the pdf generation tools should now address this problem in the future. - Young also mentioned use of Queryzilla, which is where G11n issues are generally communicated. Kathy mentioned she had used it before and the interface was confusing and difficult.
