It looks like they have a skeleton framework in place. Only two of the
following sections (shown in bold) (listed at
http://writingopensource.com/open-source-style-guide) have any content:

    * Introduction
    * *References*
    * Abbreviations
    * Images, Illustrations & Dynamic Media
    * Lists & Tables
    * Localization & Translation Issues
    * *Numbers and Measurement*
    * Punctuation
    * Spelling & Capitalization
    * Terminology & Brand Names

Interestingly, the short References section includes the /Sun Global
Glossary/ and/ Read Me First! A Style Guide for the Computer Industry/
(which is Sun's external trade version of its internal style guide).

Our cheat sheet has about 8-10 (printed) pages of fairly well-developed
content. Here's the TOC (from
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/documentation/doc_collab/style_guide/editorial_guidelines/):

    * GUI Tips
    * Headings
    * List Construction Guidelines
    * Procedure Writing Tips
    * Pronoun Usage Guidelines
    * Punctuation Guidelines
    * Referencing Man Pages
    * Referencing URLs
    * Referring to Sun's Trademarked Terms
    * Terminology Guidelines
