The documentation for the "fast reboot" feature in Nevada at:

http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/intel-platform/fastreboot/fastrebootdocs/

Contains the following section:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fast Rebooting Through the BIOs

Fast rebooting a system through the BIOS can be helpful in certain situations,
such as when you are performing a network installation.

To fast reboot a system through the BIOS, use the -p option with the reboot
command, as shown here:

# reboot -p
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Firstly, booting through the BIOS is not fast rebooting - it is "normal"
rebooting. Secondly, the first instance of BIOS is incorrectly capitalised.

Cheers

Andrew.
