I agree; we need to nail down the requirements to do this properly. 1) We need to avoid the "interactivelessness" of the BigAdmin shellme model. 2) We need to have a way of categorizing the scripts, as well as searching. (This may be easier said than done.)
That's just two off the top of my head. I think www.opensolaris.org needs to become robust enough to host this type of thing. Same as the wiki wish list.
