Thanks for your feedback on the Editorial Cheat Sheet for OpenSolaris 
Documentation.

Per these guidelines, it's not necessary to make all list items complete 
sentences. It's fine to have phrases (sentence fragments) in a list. Ideally, a 
list doesn't include both complete sentences and sentence fragments, but often, 
that can't be easily avoided.

When a list has at least one complete sentence, then (per the style suggested 
in these guidelines), you would include a period at the end of each list item, 
even for list items that are sentence fragments. If the list items contain only 
sentence fragments, then you wouldn't include any end punctuation.
