OK, the Constitution requires that a nomination come from any Core
Contributor; you don't have to be a Documentation Core Contributor
if you read it as it sits on paper.  If you have CC status anywhere,
we'll start the timer, otherwise I'll have to insist that we get a Core
Contributor to make the nomination [1].

While we're in the mood, I'll also seek nominations for Alan McClellan
for a Core Contributor grant.
