If you've been watching closely or listening in on our bi-weekly docs meetings, you are no doubt aware that we are embarking on a wiki doc experiment. The results of that experiment are visible in a dedicated OpenSolaris Information Resources space on wikis.sun.com: http://wikis.sun.com/display/OpenSolarisInfo/Home.
This space provides a fairly focused attempt to aggregate information for developers and administrators, and we now have some content authored and maintained here. I invite you to participate in the following ways: 1) Use the new wiki as an information resource, 2) Add links to blogs, screencasts, FAQs, etc., to the topics pages (e.g., http://wikis.sun.com/display/OpenSolarisInfo/Installation+Topic) 3) Leave comments on the docs regarding their clarity, technical accuracy, need for enhancements, and 4) Help us write new material that would benefit our community at large. Note that all content on this wiki space is governed by the OpenSolaris PDL, so you are free to redistribute this content under those terms.
