The code has no colors - those are added by whatever code browser or
IDE you are using to view the source.

There is a wide variety of code from many sources in OpenSolaris - some
is well documented, some is not at all documented, much is somewhere in
between.   You're best asking on the list for the specific project or
consolidation whose code you're looking at (i.e. zfs-discuss for ZFS,
dtrace-discuss for DTrace, desktop-discuss for JDS/GNOME/Mozilla,
on-discuss for generic ON components, etc.)
