Hi Rainer,

Thanks for this reminder, I had meant to get detailed notes to you, but 
lost track of it. The only issue I saw was some table formatting in 
DYNTRCGGD, where the big tables fall off the page toward the middle of 
the book. Otherwise the PDFs look awesome. I am also hopeful that folks 
will feedback on them as they make use, but that will take some time.

Also, Mike Kupfer discussed with me the devref-xml document that he's 
updating and hopefully his changes to the Makefile will get you past the 
PDF failure. I should have a new set of files coming soon, we had a 
delay on bld 64 that pushed back 5/07 release, so I'm waiting for those 
docs to finalize before I push another set.
