Starting on page 169, there's a discussion about US Gov't requirements for assistive technologies. Is there a way we can expand and/or generalize this section to make it more suitable for (or include requirements from) non-US requirements? I'm thinking it may require feedback/input from non-US contributors. I'm pretty sure that Europe, for example, has some requirements or guidelines around this sort of thing. It would be nice to make this section not seem so US-centric.
Any comments from people outside the US? I'm in Canada, but I'll state honestly that I don't know what requirements or guidelines Canada has around such things, so I can't help beyond flagging this.
