Yes, The DocBookTrans is now available under the CDDL, the full license statement is located in the /src/src directory when you extract the most recent files from http://opensolaris.org/os/cmmunity/documentation/files/DocBookTrans-1.zip. For a look at the generated HTML, the latest Doc Consolidation files do still have HTML for the books that did not change this month in /html. But, when I tried to generate new HTML yesterday, I got errors on the book file missing title and DocBookTrans failed. I will rerun tests to capture the output and send it for you, maybe you will have different results with your files? Let me know what you think or if you have any troubles accessing the latest sources.
