I am the writer for the IPS USer Guide. Thanks for pointing out some of the errors in the document. I will correct them as I update the doc for 2010.03. Also, are you looking at the xml file for translation? The last couple of issues are probably under "Writer Remarks", which does not show up in the final doc. Can you see the "Writer Remarks" tag?
