- !Q: in XSP, request.getParameters returns nothing, why?
+ !Q: All my request parameters read with Cocoon (XSP, input module) are empty,
why?
- A: According to
[this|http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-users&m=108083493525960&w=2],
this might be caused by an unwanted ''enctype'' attribute in your <form>
definition.
+ A: This might be caused by an attribute @enctype on your form set to
"multipart/form-data". Cocoon only reads the request parameters then if the
upload is enabled. Vadim explained it [in this
thread|http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=105723737100004&r=1&w=4]. Of course, if
you do not an upload in your form, you can also remove the enctype attribute.
