I am not sure I understand this patch. It removes several lines that don't
appear to exist. And if you accidently provided a backwords patch then it
re-adds (repeats) some sections that already exist.
It may be easier to create a patch against the original
en/books/handbook/kernelconfig/chapter.sgml file.
Maybe the buildworld steps should be documented better, but they are
already documented some in the "cutting-edge" chapter.
