Mozilla just allows to edit the "Accept:" header inside its
     "\defaults\pref\all.js"
configuration file, under the name of

pref("network.http.accept.default","text/xml,application/xml,application/xh
tml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,video/x-mng,image/png,image/jpeg,i
mage/gif;q=0.2,text/css,*/*;q=0.1");
