So - I won't translate LICENSE (at least, for now). But if you or ASF members will find that having something like note-about-license.ru.txt in Russian is usefull, than I will do it and find competent persons to check it for juridical correctness.
But I didn't understand what you meant saying "send those files ether as attachments or as a diff -u". Do you mean that I should resend all translated files (new_features, upgrading, ru.xml)? Or only those that will be resend if any mistakes are found in them by new reviewers?
