Dumb question to the people: Are win_compiling.xml and win_service.xml up to date? They seem to be obsolete.
No. They desperately need some help. If anyone wants to take them on, I'm sure that the two Bills (Bill Rowe and Bill Stoddard) can answer any technical question.
