Below is a small patch for httpd-docs-2.0/manual/developer/index.html to include another tutorial I have written for module developers. Thanks for all the great work! I hope my $0.02 helps out.

The Documentation Project Tutorial says to send patches as inline-text, but after reviewing the archives I see that most [PATCH] messages provide a text/plain attachement. Has the policy changed? Just wondering... (from http://apache-server.com/tutorials/ATdocs-project.html)
Personally, I prefer attachments because I don't need to worry about line wrappings.
