Can you post the addresses of the problematic accounts and the used SMTP servers. Perhaps there are anti-spam filters in action rejecting mail from them.

of course not, all subscribe mails were also returned.

? What do you mean? Apache (HTTPd) doesn't handle mail protocols (except mod_pop3)...
