I've re-added recently the autogenerated manpages httpd.8, apachectl.8,
logresolve.8 and rotatelogs.8 to the 2.1 tree. These are tested on my Debian
box (groff). Please test, whether they work on your (perhaps exotic)
machines.
If no problems come up, the stuff will be backported to 2.0.
