I thought the same as in the CHM files, translated mixed with English.
Apart from PDF packages - my idea was just not to serve offline packages
only for win32, but for other systems as well. (texinfo anyone? :-)
It may be superfluid, don't know, therefore more opinions are higly
appreciated.
