Wow, great! I really like to see it in the docs but I think it should go to httpd-pop3 repository instead of httpd judging by the previous experience with mod_ldap. (When mod_ldap was moved out from httpd, documentation was also migrated. When it was added back to httpd, documentation was also added back.)
