If we are cc: docs, we should try and keep it to English so people know can
follow up the conversations :)

Fernando is suggesting preparing an official Spanish web site presenting the
spanish docs.

I think the first step should be translate the docs themselves, at least a
big enough chunk that can be useful to somebody starting with apache and
that does not speak too much english. Once we get that going we can think
about the benefits of creating a spanish-specific site.
