Here is my review for the files that needed one.
Only the mass.xml.fr remains to be reviewed. (This package contains
index.xml.fr, fd-limits.xml.fr, examples.xml.fr and details.xml.fr)
I have found a bug in ip-based.xml, but that one is not related to the
translation, I'll send another email right now about it.
Attached are translated, reviewed files, ready to commit online.

wrong or a mistake with them ? They're already reviewed.

hummm, no commit yet. Perhaps we made some mistake with our translated
files, but i don't see what. Someone should said us what's the trouble
so we could make better. Personally, i'll stop working for a while.
I have committed the files in HEAD, to see them you have to look to
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.1/vhosts/
Please check it, tell me if my additional corrections are ok and I do the same
for the 2.0 branch.
