Hmmm... It's not the best-maintained sight in the world, but it
certainly isn't obsolete. The only problem with the link was that it
was httpd-specific.
Righto - feel free to make sure it falls in the appropriate places of the
http://httpd.apache.org/ space - it was just out-of-context to land on the
foundation-wide pages.
