As per recent email to docs@ (28th Oct) original translations by Lucient and reviewed then by Vincent. One typo fixed in caching.xml.fr that was caught during the build process.

Are these changes only in 2.2.x now and not in trunk?
For now, yes, I have not had chance to compare them against the /trunk/
branch yet.
I will do so, as soon as I can.
Please also note that I have asked the two partied concerned to submit
patches where possible so that it makes this easier.
I have also asked them to work within /trunk/ where possible to so we
can back-port if necessary.
