mod_mem_cache offers two cache removal algorithms with the
MCacheRemovalAlgorithm directive LRU and GDSF.

The explanation of GDSF says it stands for GreadyDual-Size - but
googling it looks like it actually stands for Greedy-Dual-Size-Frequency
(see http://www.hpl.hp.com/techreports/98/HPL-98-69R1.html) - not an
algorithm by someone called Gready (rather by one Ludmila Cherkasova).

I would suggest that the docs use the correct term for the abbreviation,
and possibly link to the HP tech report if it is considered appropriate.
