Fixed in r939544, and already published on the site. I copied over the Google form language from the 2.2 docs, changing '2.2' to '1.3' in the extra query string parameter. The one I may have miffed is the Japanese translation, since I can't spell 'Version' in Japanese and the copy-paste from the (UTF-8) 2.2 doc to the (iso-2022-jp) 1.3 doc was broken. Someone filed PR 48091 on this, which I will close.
