There's a docs bug that the doc for configure
(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/programs/configure.html) is out of
date with respect to all the --enable and --disable options for
individual modules.

Since ./configure --help gives a list of these that's generated
automatically and therefore ought to be up to date, I'm wondering if
it's worthwhile trying to keep the web page in sync with it, or if we
might just suggest running ./configure --help to get the current list?
