At http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_negotiation.html#typemaps
the "qs" parameter is described as between "0.0 to 1.0".
This should be changed to "0.000 to 1.000" (like it is already done in other
places and in order to reflect RFC 2616 section 3.9.
