Where doc says:
"and ProxyPassReverseCookiePath directives, and causes them to substitute the
value of an environment variable varname for the string ${varname} in
configuration directives."
I would add something like:
in configuration directives (if interpolate option is configured)
I know I should read more carefull ProxyPassReverse sipnopsis, but a hint like
this would make me waste less time :-)
