Patch against 2.2.x/docs/manual/mod
As discussed briefly with docs (April 5), this is a suggested change to give
brief usage for mod_proxy_ajp and help bury the cargo-culted unnecessary
ProxyPassReverse that often goes with it. I add a usage section at the front of
the module with this information. See patch attached. This can presumably also
be applied against trunk.
