In the "prg: External Rewriting Program" section of the "Using RewriteMap"
page, it would be helpful to include a reminder that "Running external rewrite
maps without defining a RewriteLock is DANGEROUS!". I didn't initially notice
the warning in the log files and it took me a while to find out about
RewriteLock.
