There is no direct way to set --logfiledir (which seems to default to
[E]PREFIX/logs) via ./configure, although this option is mentioned on
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/programs/configure.html (under
--with-suexec-logfile). It would be convenient to have this option rather than
having to tweak a makefile after the fact.
