For httpd 2.4.1: At least the default installed httpd.conf file (and some conf
files in the conf/extra subdirectory and the README in the source tarball)
contains a link to
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/
what should probably replaced by something like
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/

P.S.: Within the main Apache httpd-2 bugzilla bug input page are not yet a
version "2.4.1" choosable.(si I used 2.4-HEAD).
