In the documentation for the CacheStoreNoStore directive at
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_cache.html#cachestorenostore the
directive is twice referred to as "CacheStoreNoCache" - presumably these should
be changed to "CacheStoreNoStore".
