The expected downtime / changes in service are as follows:
- Over the entire weekend users in the svn users may notice errors if
trying multiple commits to the same file in rapid succession. Waiting a
short time between commits will work-around the error. (The issue is the
additional delay caused by all commits being routed through the EU svn
server).
- svn will be read-only during the OS upgrade of the svn master server
- moin based wikis will not be available during the OS upgrade of the US
www server
