            Bug ID: 55783
Summary: Lazy Majority is used but not defined in guidelines
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.5-HEAD
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Documentation
          Assignee: docs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: s...@apache.org

The phrase "Lazy Majority" is used but not defined in the guidelines page [1]
in the paragraph Action items / Release plan

Is it a misprint for "Lazy Consensus" ?

Or does it mean something else, if so what?
