I've been looking at our translation pages which, in addition to being really hard to find, are not terribly welcoming. Also, the "what's translated" page - http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/avail_translations.html - hasn't been updated in ages, so I need to fix that - but could also have more insight into how out of date individual translations are.
