Sorry if I've reported this against wrong component, please reassigned as

I notice there is gendered reference to "he" in
http://httpd.apache.org/dev/devnotes.html
"Developer checks out a copy of the files on which he wants to work"
Attached suggested patch, that replaces with "they", that is consistent with
the rest of the document.
