Hi Rich,
I'm on the technical content team at Datadog, where we recently started
a series of "How to Monitor" articles about various technologies
(examples linked below). We plan to create a "How to monitor Apache"
series in the near future, and I wondered if you'd be able to connect us
with an expert author who might be interested in writing it on a
freelance basis.
The format goes something like this: Part 1 would explore the key Apache
performance metrics to monitor, and Part 2 then explains how to
access/gather those metrics. Those two parts are intended to be
tech-agnostic—we don't assume that people are using (or will use)
Datadog. Part 3 of the series is usually Datadog-specific, so we would
probably handle that one in-house.
If you can think of anyone who might be interested in working with us on
this, I'd be grateful!
